North Augusta councils finalizes Project Jackson deals
North Augusta City Council approved the final four items for Project Jackson including an installment purchase for bonds and a municipal improvement district to finance Ballpark Village. A stadium license with GreenJackets Baseball LLC and an owner’s representative agreement were also approved and a delay motion failed. The city also accepted a quit claim deed from the State and placed use restrictions on Maude Edenfield Park tennis court restoration.
