North Augusta Opens New Skateboard Park Next to Hammond Hill
A new skate park with inline skating capabilities opened in North Augusta beside the Hammond Hill Suburban Club. 13 year old Andrew Felak and peers welcomed the facility, a five year project funded at about 35000 dollars for ramps built by Joel Mealing. The site operates on a fee basis with sessions at 3 dollars and 150 dollars for an annual pass, requiring waivers.
