Salley man charged in Wagener crash that killed passenger
David C. Busbee, 23, of Perry, died when the car he rode in collided with a flatbed truck and an air conditioner on a house in Wagener at 9 30 p m Roscoe Felder 26 of Salley was charged with felony driving under the influence and arriving under suspension In Wagener police department records. Felder was hospitalized briefly and released Coroner Sue Townsend described the wreck and Busbee s death at the scene.
