Dow recovers 567 points as stocks rally after sharp losses

Alford praised swift, appropriate responses after a Monday incident at South Aiken High. The 2017 shooting near the entrance left a 13 year old girl, a 45 year old woman, and a 19 year old man injured, with Rakish Breen Jenkins charged on multiple counts.
