Survived by three children Denise Frady, Tiffany Hunter, Elliott Wood. brother Eddie Campbell. grandchildren Michael Frady Jr., Christopher Frady, David Frady, Kaylee Hunter.

Verdine White confirmed the death, noting the family requests privacy during their difficult transition.
