Four developers submit proposals for Aiken downtown revival
The City of Aiken received four proposals from Carbon Properties LLC of Charlotte NC, RAL Development Services LLC of New York NY, WW TW Enterprises LLC of Graniteville SC, and Southeastern Development Associates of Augusta GA for a public private partnership to revitalize downtown.
