BNG America to be sold to Energy Solutions

British Nuclear Fuels will sell BNG America Savannah River Corporation to Energy Solutions of Salt Lake City. After closing in three to four weeks the unit will be renamed EnergySolutions. Officials say staffing and operations remain unchanged and the SRS waste management business will continue as usual under the new ownership.
