Two arrested in chop shop ring in Aiken County
The Aiken County Sheriff's Office dismantled a chop shop operation at Grady's Auto Shop on Pipeline Road after a three day search starting January 24. Arrested were Albert Ramsey and Cathy Hart, charged with conspiracy and shop acts along with other counts. more arrests and charges are expected as the investigation continues.
