Men charged with theft of church steel beams near West Columbia

Two South Carolina men were arrested on one count of grand larceny each after deputies observed them loading steel beams onto a trailer outside the House of Raise church near West Columbia. Beams worth over $10,000 had been stolen from the church four prior times and sold for recycling.
