The article explains that viruses and bacteria cause sickness and the immune system fights them by producing antibodies. Vaccines train the immune system to recognize specific viruses, while antibiotics selectively kill bacteria by exploiting differences between bacterial and human cells. Bacteria and viruses evolve, so vaccines and antibiotics must update to stay effective.
