Bush Heads To Alabama For Fishing
President-elect Bush travels to Alabama after a private quail hunting retreat near Corpus Christi for a few hours of fishing on Ray Scott's private lake at Pindlala. Scott led Bush's 1980 campaign in Alabama, and the outing includes a signed TBM Avenger fuselage ceremony with Bush, Leo Nadeau, and Barbara Bush. The trip precedes the January inauguration and follows mixed success in prior post election fishing efforts.
