Engagement of Elizabeth Corinne Kenney to Bruce Alan Potter announced by Kenney family. The wedding is planned for February 18 at St John’s United Methodist Church in Aiken. Beth Kenney, a USC graduate and ETV writer producer, is granddaughter of B T Dyches and the late Robert Kenney. Potter, a Stetson and Midwestern Seminary graduate, works for Charleston County Police Department.

Thelma Hallman Earns IAPPW Fellowship Honor
Thelma S Hallman attendance supervisor for Aiken County School District attended the 72nd Annual Conference of the International Association of Pupil Personnel Workers in Nashville Tennessee in October She was elected Fellow in IAPPW and received a certificate for significant contributions to pupil personnel work at local state and national levels. She was honored in March by the South Carolina Association of Attendance Supervisors for 32 years of service and is a life member of IAPPW and SCAAS.
