Man charged in domestic violence and kidnapping case
Devin Shaquille Dunbar of Graniteville was arrested Friday after officials say he assaulted his wife at a restaurant, restrained her in the car, and threatened to kill her at Graniteville Cemetery with a knife. The couple’s child was taken but later cared for by a grandparent.
