Motion to add defendants in Clemson hazing suit
A motion in U S District Court in Anderson seeks to amend Haley Hunt s complaint to include two new former Clemson women s soccer upperclassmen as defendants. Hunt alleges a hazing incident in August 2011 caused severe injuries including a traumatic brain injury and claims coaches and athletic officials covered it up. The defense calls the amendment prejudicial and accuses Hunt of over naming, while others on the team have filed answers and extensions are ongoing.
