Prosecutors Probe Nebraska Health Care Deal Across States

Seven state attorneys general led by South Carolina's Henry McMaster examine the Nebraska compromise in the federal health care bill. They warn the permanent Medicaid exemption may violate the Constitution and could amount to special treatment for Nebraska at the expense of 49 states.
