Shepeard Blood Center Moves to Hitchcock Plaza

Shepeard Aiken Community Blood Center will relocate in mid February to Hitchcock Plaza between Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy. The center at 1019 Pine Log Road will host a Resolve to Give blood drive Tuesday through Saturday to boost donations with a chance to win 365 dollars.

Johnson named DCMA quality assurance specialist

Johnson, a DCMA quality assurance specialist based at Lockheed Martin in Marietta Georgia, is the son of Roy Johnson of Clemson Drive Aiken and Judy and Thomas Harden of Gloverville. He is married to Rhonda daughter of Julian and Sybil Farmer of Clearwater and Sheryl Flowers of Beech Island. He graduated from South Aiken High in 1984 and earned degrees from Embry-Riddle in 2001 and Georgia College in 2008.
