A 19 year old man was found shot near a wooded area by Mims Grove Church Road after a reported carjacking. A 15 year old female claimed they were robbed and the victim was killed before the suspect fled in the victim’s Chevy 771 with paper tag. Investigators have not named a suspect or classified the case as murder yet. Forensics and interviews continued at dawn as the search for a weapon and suspect proceeded.
