North Augusta Council Hears Annexation Petitions

The North Augusta City Council gave first readings to two annexation ordinances and accepted petitions for land inclusion. One petition covers 175 acres east of Five Notch Road from Celeste Avenue to U.S. 20 with eight of ten owners signing. The other involves 54 acres east of U.S. 25 near Triangle Plaza with three signatories. A water billing ordinance was tabled for study with realtors.
