Second motion to dismiss filed in Aiken intersection dispute
CHB Acquisition Services LLC filed two motions against Strikehouse Bowl in Aiken County Fourth Judicial Circuit Court over the Dougherty and Whiskey roads intersection. The suit centers on SCDOT condemnation of Strikehouse property at 2205 Whiskey Road for a 1.2 million project adding a right turn lane. Strikehouse alleges the city did not consider alternatives while the wedge affects parking and disputes remain over property value and right of way.
