Center offers families opportunities at Freedman Center recital
Preschoolers ages 2 to 4 performed on stage for parents at the Freedman Center holiday recital. Center director Cherell Butler says the program helps families as a day care and school while parents study for GEDs. Rosa Lopez, mother of Angeli, recently earned her GED and plans veterinary studies in the future. Megan Stallings aims to take the GED in February and study nursing at Aiken Technical College. Angeli enjoys the center and the teachers. Contact Rob Novit.
