Christmas sponsors still needed for children in North Augusta
Volunteers delivered gifts for 589 children signed up for North Augusta Community Christmas Store aid. About 25 to 30 children remain unsponsored, with activity led by Louvenia Mathews and support from local schools and First Baptist Church. Sponsorship requires at least one clothing set and a toy, with many donors adding gift cards or dinner vouchers. Distribution starts today and runs through Christmas Eve.
