Local Officials Support Association Priorities
South Carolina counties align with the association’s 1979 priorities as presented to the General Assembly. Aiken County councilman Ralph F. Cullinan and clerk of court Sue Roe attended and endorsed key items including added county revenue, cost awareness of mandated laws, a uniform fee system, home rule refinements, and referenda guided reforms.
