Police ID second suspect at Byrd Elementary
A second man involved in a Wednesday morning altercation at Byrd Elementary School has been identified. Steve Moore faced charges of simple assault and battery, received a written citation, and was released after an exchange where Lon Annis, who then pointed a pistol at Moore, is charged with disturbing schools carrying a weapon on school property and pointing a firearm. Annis is held at the Aiken County detention center.
