Two men from Georgia and Ohio were indicted on conspiracy to commit wire fraud and theft of government funds for allegedly submitting false invoices to MOX Services at the Savannah River Site. La Dolcé Cafe Bakery and Tea Room reopened at 967 Dougherty Road in Aiken after months of renovation. Owner Lady Kelly MacVean says the new site offers breakfast and lunch 8 am to 4 pm Tuesday through Saturday, with high tea daily featuring imported English China and 100 loose leaf teas.
