Codefendants in shooting sentenced
In Rock Hill, OAK nP von Mill men including the late Fort Mill police chief’s grandson were sentenced for their roles in the May killing of 20-year-old Eastwood Allen Heintz Kimbrell. Kimbrell received 17 years, Walker 10 to 23 years, and Kiser 20 years after agreeing to testify against 17-year-old Samueil Barber, who was convicted of murder and assault with intent to kill and sentenced to 55 years. Barber’s accomplices had plotted the robbery and said Barber was the shooter.
