Man charged with burglary over stolen prescription drugs
Erick R. McCollum, 32, of Windsor is jailed on second degree burglary charges after police found a large trash bag full of prescription drugs stolen from Family Pharmacy on Price Avenue. A Public Safety Officer detained him after seeing a man with the bag near a parked car. broken window and drugs were recovered. McCollum told officers he did it to provide for his kids.
