Ford study finds no profit from WWII Ford Werke ties
Ford Motor Co released a 144 page report citing internal records and archives to show it did not materially benefit from Ford Werke during the Nazi era. The study confirms loss of control after 1941 seizure and notes Ford Werke used forced labor in Cologne. Ford says profits to US parents were not earned. The company will donate 4 million dollars for related research and victims’ funds.
