Tina Robertson Mosier, 29, admitted defrauding Food Stamp, welfare and Medicaid programs for 1991 to 1992, and was sentenced to five years with 60 days active, five years probation, and ordered to repay 7,880 to DSS. The fraud stemmed from unreported income.

School bus driver charged with DUI after crash

Sylvia Grant, who resigned last month, faces DUI charges after a drug screen allegedly found crack cocaine in her system on the day of the crash that occurred while she was driving students home from Gray Court Owings Elementary in Laurens County. Seven children were on board when the bus left the road and hit several trees.
