Government Witness Testimony Blocked in Turner Trial

In Jacksonville, F. Lee Bailey blocked a government witness in the mail fraud trial of Glenn W. Turner and seven others. Howard Zoufaly repudiated Monday his prior testimony after Bailey cross examined him. Judge Troffat instructed the jury to disregard Zoufaly. The government then called Jack Graham who said he paid 5,000 to become a distributor in Turner's Koscot Interplanetary firm and left his service station after being told he could earn 90,000 in cosmetics. Bailey protested, accusing the government of switching witnesses.
