Police search for suspected arsonist in South Carolina
Aiken County Sheriff's Office seeks Dowell Clinton Fulmer, 49, on charges of first degree burglary and third degree arson after an alleged break in at 627 Gooseneck Road. The victim was attacked and her home set on fire on Friday night. Fulmer fled before deputies arrived. He has three other warrants for violation of an order of protection. An Aiken man reported his car stolen from Virginia Hill Court. Other break ins occurred on Jefferson Davis Highway Graniteville Cedar Road Windsor and Augusta Road Warrenville. A Salley woman reported a vehicle theft on Berlin Road. Car vandalism noted on Edgefield Road and Southern Pines Drive in North Augusta.
