Haley expands Experian service to monitor minors
Gov. Nikki Haley announced that Experian’s Family Secure will be offered to South Carolina parents to monitor credit for dependents under 18. The program, funded by a 12 million contract, provides one year of free monitoring after signup and alerts if a child’s name appears in a credit file. Parents can enroll their dependent children now through May 31, after first signing up for ProtectMyID for adults.
