Man who killed parents was manic depressive
In Rock Hill a man charged with killing his parents suffered manic low mood and instability, according to his grandmother. Jimmy Robertson, 24, and 18-year-old Meredith Moon were arrested in Philadelphia after police found Earl and Terry Robertson dead in York County. The grandmother said he has long battled mental illness and drug issues, and notes he was restricted by probation and car access. Chip Robertson backs his brother’s lifelong manic disorder.
