Teens charged in dog drowning case in Russell Hills pond
Two Beech Island teens James Edwards and Eugene Edwards, both 18, were arrested on felony cruelty to animals charges after confessing to drowning two dogs with cement blocks in a Russell Hills subdivision pond. Investigators found decomposing bodies Aug. 26. other dogs were taken by animal control. Both suspects remain free on bond.
