Gorham Division to Relocate Bronze Memorial Unit to Aiken Park
The Gorham Division of Textron plans to move its Bronze Memorial Division from Providence Rhode Island to the Lozier Storage Systems building in the Aiken Verenes Industrial Park. The deal is not finalized but relocation is expected by January 1984 with initial 44 workers and up to 70 at full capacity. Sid Speed will oversee operations in Aiken.
