Ex-Skynyrd drummer testifies in Florida case
Artimus Pyle, former Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer, tells jurors he did not intend to violate Florida sex offender registry rules. Prosecutors say he moved to Florida in 2007 and failed to register within 48 hours. Pyle, 61, previously pleaded guilty in 1993 to two counts of lewd and lascivious assault and is accused of giving false information on a driver’s license application.
