Teens Help Elderly Woman With Move In Community Spirit
A local St Marys Teen Life Group and parents donated time and resources to pack, load, and relocate Helen, a housebound elderly woman, after her landlord gave 30 days to move. The group dedicated a hot Saturday to ensure her belongings arrived safely at a new unit and welcomed her with plans for a warm party and pie. Helen will join World Youth Day in 2008, reflecting the group’s faith driven mission to help neighbors.
