Man Sets Himself on Fire at New Ellenton Gas Station
A man drenched in gasoline ignited his shirt at the Texaco Food Mart on Main Street and Sanders Avenue around 6 p.m. He was hospitalized in critical condition after being medevac’d from Silver Bluff area to Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta. Police investigate possible intent as witnesses describe a chaotic scene and responders secure the scene.
