Aiken officials target a 1982 83 reservoir 1.8 miles north of Shiloh Baptist Church to serve through 1995. Aiken County firefighters reported a blaze on Warner’s Kitchnings Mill property after two employes burned brush in a 160 acre field without notifying a forester.
