The Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce collaboration with Aiken Technical College and USC Aiken launches a welcome back campaign for college students. The effort notes 5700 combined enrollments and a regional economic impact exceeding 209 million dollars with average student spending around 14100 annually. The campaign includes letters and posters in businesses plus welcome messages on outdoor signs. Fall classes began Monday at ATC and today at USCA.
