A homemade noise cannon exploded during a midnight screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show at Clemson University injuring three students. One sustained a serious chest wound and required surgery, while the other two received leg injuries.
Swedish taste testers in Stockholm awarded Louisiana crawfish one star while ranking international crawfish from Sweden and Turkey higher. The Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter criticized the Louisiana crustacean as dark red and muddy tasting with tough skin and claws, sparking sharp editor commentary.
A weather bulletin from Bush Field Airport reports yesterday without rainfall marking the first dry day of the week.
