Murder suspect's company sold after deadly crash

Police say his Maserati traveled over 85 mph, crossed a field, then hit Frederic Bardsley’s house killing the 62 year old man. Educator Burgess Cleared of Immoral Acts Charge
Gary L. Burgess Sr. a former superintendent in Anderson School District 4 and slated to lead Hampton School District 2, was found not guilty of soliciting an immoral act after an undercover sting.
