New Brown daughter seeks inclusion in estate dispute
LaRhonda Petit, one of James Brown's children confirmed by DNA, seeks a stake in the singer's will. Her attorney says the motion targets property and assets, arguing Brown may have other dependent or unaware children under the will. Brown died December 25 at 73. his will names six children and faces ongoing court action.
