Aiken Man Sentenced After 2018 Assault Death
Chester Lee Settles, 30, of Aiken pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of Sylvester Stanford, 54, from an August 2018 attack at a Windsor gas station. Stanford died in 2019 from injuries. Settles received a 22 year prison term and is held in the Aiken County Detention Center.
