Three Found Guilty In Absentia Trials In Aiken County
Three defendants tried in their absence were found guilty in Aiken County General Sessions Court and given sealed sentences. Kenneth Woodward Billie Cummins and Joseph Gray faced charges for weapons possession shoplifting and theft. Bicycle Safety Tests Set For Saturday In Aiken
Bicyclists will take safety tests Saturday from 8 30 a m to 12 30 p m at the Aiken Department of Public Safety training grounds on Teague Street across from Hagood Stadium at Aiken High School. Participants must collect manuals on Laurens Street. Passing both tests earns a bicycle driver's license and a license tag for inspected bikes.
