Drunken driver charged with public urination in Aiken
Bruce Hewston, 61, of Wire Road, was jailed after a Friday incident in a parking lot where he stumbled, urinated beside his truck in public, retrieved ice, and failed sobriety tests. He recorded a .22 BAC and was placed in detention as police noted the area was busy. A separate burglary case involved a neighbor’s wallet and a window pried open at a Sumter Street home. no arrests reported as of Tuesday.
