Judge delays ruling on Avondale water rate order Friday
Avondale water customers wait as Circuit Judge Dovet A Early postpones decision on reinstating new rates and on extending a temporary restraining order. He hints he favors requiring mandatory notice by the Public Service Commission before rates take effect. A hearing Wednesday fought the temporary injunction sought by Graniteville and Vaucluse residents led by Sheriff Michael Hunt.
