Tammy Ann Sherlock and Patrick Michael O Hara, half-siblings from Murphy's Village, were sentenced to 18 months probation and 30 days community service after pleading guilty to one count each of presenting a false claim for payment. The Edgefield County case stemmed from a Dec 8 2004 incident.
