Clothing and wristbands separate prisoners at Aiken facility
The Aiken County Detention Center assigns color coded jumpsuits and wristbands to inmates to indicate security level and behavior. Green indicates general population CPs, orange for medium, burgundy for maximum security, white for work release, yellow for CPs, blue for maximum security, and red signals violent propensity. Inmates may supply basic underwear, and an officer notes the system as a quick visual ranking.
