Fines Mount as Ethics Commission Debtors List Grows
At Marshall’s June hearing ethics agents detailed repeated failures to file annual disclosures and campaign reports from 2009 through 2019. The commission added a 22600 fine and warned more action if unpaid as debtors across state bodies, including lawmakers, face garnishment and ongoing scrutiny.
