Obama hosts Packers at White House despite Bears fandom
President Barack Obama welcomed the Green Bay Packers to the White House after a season marked by injuries and community work. He joked about being a Bears fan and praised the Packers for charity efforts and service member support. The visit followed a delayed season due to the NFL lockout and included gifts of a Woodson jersey and a share in the publicly owned team.
